  • Britany E. says: We live here in Camarillo and I have lived here my whole life. It's about 15 mins from Pt. Mugu. We love living in town...there really isn't much on the base at Mugu besides a gas station Subway a mini NEX and houses. Anywhere in Camarillo really would be great and close to work. Avoid Oxnard if you can and Ventura is nice but much further a commute. Camarillo has great restaurants schools parks farmers market on Sat. morns etc.
